At our classes there is always a soft drink bar for you to help yourself to whenever you want. Tea, coffee, waters, juices, dairy alternatives – there’s something for everyone. Mugs, teacups, glasses, biscuits and ice, we think of everything.

At our day retreats, we stock the soft drinks bar and in the breaks we give you snacks to keep you going and lunch to sustain your spirit. Our food is very thoughtfully prepared, always vegetarian, always tasty and designed to compliment the class.

Food for nourishment, food as medicine and food for enjoyment.

We like to cover everything. We are often asked for recipes so you’ll find some of the favourites here on our blog.

And at the end of our retreats, we have a tea and cake session so you can chat and connect some more. We do all the clearing up so you simply relax. Fill in a feedback form and float home feeling relaxed, happy and inspired.
